#MTOS: Spoof and Parody

We all love a good laugh, and whilst we all have differing tastes in humour, it is safe to say that we all find some joy in the gentle mocking of cinematic conventions, or stories in the guise of a spoof or parody. From spy spoofs, to disaster movie spoofs, to police drama, to classic monster movies being lampooned – pretty much every genre, and every franchise can be given a comical makeover. But which ones work the best, and who stands out within them (I can already predict quite a few of the most popular answers here)?
